Mulga is Joel Moore, Australian street artist, freelance illustrator, muralist, published author and designer. Known for his unique Australian creations and signature style of intricate line work and bright colours, Mulga’s creations grace walls and objects across the world.
Mulga brought his distinctive style to Hazelhurst when he created a large-scale mural in the Hazelhurst Gardens as well as in the café.
