Alison Duff is an educator and communicator, using visual art to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds. A conceptual artist, she is drawn to the emotional resonance of natural, textural materials and watercolour – mediums through which she explores memory, place and meaningful relationships.

With a strong foundation in education and the arts, Alison holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education, a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Art from UNSW Art & Design. She is also a qualified Marriage and Funeral Celebrant.

Alison’s career has spanned early childhood settings, schools, universities and aged care facilities, where she has worked with learners of all ages and abilities. As an educator she brings a deep knowledge of artistic processes and materials along with a passion for guiding others in exploring their unique creativity.

Alison currently leads the Little Art Makers early education program at Hazelhurst Arts Centre.
