Trent Roberts began his ceramics journey 15+ years ago as a casual hobby and has evolved into a professional, functional ceramicist producing functional ware for many of Sydney’s and various interstate restaurants and bars.
Predominantly a wheel thrower, he also combines hand building and slab work into his practice and explores different techniques and methods for surface design. He is also well-versed in glaze and kiln technology.
Trent holds a Diploma in Ceramics and a Certificate III in Design from TAFE Ceramic Design Studio Gymea and has been in multiple exhibitions, most recently Infusion at Crackpot Gallery, Manly.
