My body of work, Exhale, consists of seven black and white underwater photos which explore the emotional release upon entering a body of water. The work builds a narrative to represent the liberating and tranquil feelings of being underwater within the surreal atmosphere of light and movement combined. As a series, the work expresses the duality of the figure placed within the underwater landscape and the state of being transformed.
